If we cancel an order after successfully collecting payment, an eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must pay the complete amount displayed at checkout using a payment method actively offered through our website. Payment information is processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider; Neon Era does not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own servers. ## 8. Shipping, Delivery And Order Tracking
Orders are shipped according to the methods, costs, processing times, and estimated delivery periods described in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. Shipping may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, or incorrect customer information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to a carrier, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation. A cancellation or modification is not guaranteed because orders may enter processing shortly after submission. When an order has already been processed or shipped, an eligible return may need to be initiated after delivery instead.
